Hey, it's James Francis here - and I would like to personally welcome you to our support desk!
Our support department hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EDT. We answer tickets in the order in which we receive them.
Our goal is a 24 hour response time and we work really hard to make sure this happens.
When submitting a support ticket, please whitelist support[at]jamesfrancis[dot]com in your email client, as this is the email address we'll be using to send our replies.
We have several products in the industry, so if you are contacting us about a product purchase, please let us know which product you bought, and the email address you used for your purchase.
We are constantly improving our systems to make sure our customers are happy. If you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve our customer service please let us know by submitting a support ticket.
